Financial Officer

Jane manages the Financial and Accounting Office. Her responsibilities also include the management of the monthly newsletter and shopping for the ministry.

Director of Operations, Teacher, Discipleship Leader

Aaron has a degree from Moody Bible Institute and served on church staff as Youth and Family Pastor for 8 years before joining the staff at FOA as Assistant Director in 2015. He accepted the Board of Director's request to become Director of Operation in 2020. Aaron facilitates the Romans Program daily classes.

Project and Maintenance Manager, Discipleship Leader

Anthony has oversight of the Philemon House. He manages building and maintenance projects at FOA. He also leads a weekly Discipleship group.

Volunteer Staff

Duane and Marilyn have chosen to dedicate months of the year to serving at FOA in a volunteer capacity.

Mike has served on staff at FOA for more than 40 years. He was the Assistant Director to Founder, Richard C. Barth before serving as Director. As Director Emeritus he is still very involved with the ministry. Mike teaches in the on-site Chapel and Teaches the Doctrine Program daily classes.

Kitchen Manager, Discipleship Leader

Kevin manages the Kitchen at FOA.

Website Manager, Support Staff

Brittany serves as Website Manager and support staff.

Teacher, Transportation, Discipleship Leader

Brandon teaches Bible classes in the on-site Chapel. He meets FOA's various transportation needs. Brandon also leads a weekly Discipleship group.

Kevin teaches Bible classes in the on-site Chapel. He works in the Main Office. Kevin also leads a weekly Discipleship group.

Project and Maintenance Manager, Discipleship Leader

Jayree has oversight of the Roman's House. He manages electrical and maintenance projects at FOA.
